The MLitt serves as an alternative to a PhD for those who already hold a master's degree and wish to pursue an extensive research project. This program is available across most disciplines within the Faculty of Arts, pending approval and supervisor availability. You may choose to deepen your research in your existing field or explore a completely new area. The MLitt can enhance various academic or professional paths, particularly for those not pursuing doctoral studies. Entry requires a BA(Hons) or PGDipArts in Latin with a minimum GPA of 5.0, though some research tracks have stricter criteria. Alternatively, a BA majoring in Latin plus completion of GREEK 100 and 101 is acceptable, provided you maintain a 5.0 GPA in at least 45 points above Stage II within your major.
You need to have completed a masters degree in any discipline from a recognised university (or similar institution) with a GPE of 4.0 or higher.
