Created to address the need for tech professionals equipped with both technical expertise and business acumen to foster innovation in New Zealand. The ICT sector ranks among the world's most rapidly expanding industries, creating significant demand for job-ready graduates with balanced technological and commercial competencies. What distinguishes the MInfoTech is its strong emphasis on business integration and hands-on project learning. As part of the program, students undertake a 10-week internship tackling actual industry projects. A partnership between the University of Auckland and the University of Waikato, the ICT Graduate School provides advanced IT education designed to produce skilled, work-prepared graduates. The MInfoTech degree is jointly conferred by both universities.
