Concentrating on two core methodologies—Waterfall and Agile—the curriculum prepares students to pursue industry-recognized professional certifications. Participants will establish solid foundations in project management theory and practice while selecting from various elective courses that expand their engineering project management specialization. A capstone project allows students to implement their theoretical knowledge in practical industry scenarios, reinforcing their education. You'll develop proficiency in portfolio, program, and project management, becoming adept with numerous tools, techniques, and approaches, including both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Our alumni emerge fully prepared to excel as project managers within the engineering industry.
