The Master of Clinical Pharmacy equips pharmacists to apply their expertise in research initiatives while staying current with cutting-edge developments: Enhance clinical pharmacy expertise through investigative studies and progress assessment. Analyze new approaches and improvements in clinical pharmacy services and medication management systems. Primarily online coursework (with occasional in-person weekend sessions for certain modules) makes this program accessible to students across New Zealand. The MClinPharm emphasizes research, empowering pharmacists to conduct studies within their professional environments, contribute to pharmacy knowledge advancement, and assess practice innovations. Qualification Requirements

Research 120 points:

You must have completed one year of postgraduate study in clinical pharmacy at a recognised university (or similar institution), following an undergraduate degree. You will need a GPE of 5.0 or higher.

You also need to hold current registration as a pharmacist and have a supervisor and topic confirmed.

Research 240 points:

You must have completed an undergraduate degree in pharmacy at a recognised university (or similar institution). You will need a GPE of 5.0 or higher in the final year of your undergraduate degree.

You also need to hold a current registration as a pharmacist.

IELTS (Academic): Overall score of 6.5 and no bands less than 6.0; Internet-based TOEFL (iBT): Overall score of 90 and written score of 21; Paper-based TOEFL: Overall score of 68 and a writing score of 21; Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) or Cambridge English Proficiency (CPE): Overall score of 176 and no bands below 169; Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic: Overall score of 58 and no PTE Communicative score below 50; Foundation Certificate in English for Academic Purposes (FCertEAP): Grade of B-; Michigan English Language Assessment Battery (MELAB): 85.
