The Master of Architecture is a research-focused program designed to help you deepen your expertise in either architecture or sustainable design. You'll guide your own learning journey with guidance from our distinguished faculty, which includes renowned practitioners, designers, and scholars. While many MArch graduates pursue careers in research or academia, others enter the industry as designers, project managers, consultants, or client relations specialists. Some alumni have even applied their creative skills to diverse fields like film or web design. The Sustainable Design specialization offers a research-driven approach to investigating topics such as: Building envelope innovation, Sustainable design methodologies, Energy-efficient construction for new and retrofitted buildings, Indoor environmental factors including thermal comfort and air quality, Renewable energy integration, and Eco-friendly building materials and technologies.

Qualification Requirements

You must have completed a four-year undergraduate degree, or at least a one-year postgraduate degree following a three-year undergraduate degree. This study must have been at a recognised university (or similar institution) and in the field of architecture or design. You will need a GPE of 5.0. IELTS (Academic) - Overall score of 6.5 and no bands below 6.0 Internet-based TOEFL (iBT) - Overall score of 90 and a written score of 21 Paper-based TOEFL - Overall score of 68 and a writing score of 21
