The BPharm(Hons) program addresses modern and evolving pharmacy requirements. This curriculum covers pharmaceutical innovation, medication management, and enhancing patient outcomes through interdisciplinary healthcare collaboration. Students gain essential research competencies for advanced academic pursuits at master's or PhD levels. During your BPharm(Hons) studies, you'll combine scientific expertise with practical clinical abilities to deliver secure, effective, and culturally sensitive pharmacy services as a healthcare practitioner. Completing a BPharm(Hons) fosters dedication to patient-focused, research-driven, and team-based clinical approaches that enhance community wellbeing.
Students must have completed Part III (Year Three) of the Degree of Bachelor of Pharmacy from this University, with a Grade Point Average of 6.0 or higher (a Grade Point Average of 5.5 or higher may be accepted for our targeted equity groups) to be eligible for application for entry into the Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) final year. Students are required to successfully complete a selection interview process prior to entry into the Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) programme.

Entry into the BPharm(Hons) is very competitive; only 10 students per year will be accepted into the programme.
Students who have previously been awarded the Degree of Bachelor of Pharmacy will not be admitted.
