The BHScBSc program enables you to explore and expand your understanding of how government policies shape healthcare systems, the economic factors influencing health, and the biological and societal roots of disease. By combining this with your scientific interests, this dual degree offers a unique opportunity to examine these topics through statistical, psychological, or environmental science lenses. Strengthen your BHSc studies by adding science electives to broaden your expertise and prepare for a meaningful career in healthcare. Please note that the University of Auckland does not oversee graduate employment and cannot ensure professional registration or job opportunities in New Zealand or elsewhere.

Marine Science integrates multiple academic fields to deepen our knowledge of ocean ecosystems and their sustainable management. This discipline focuses on marine systems, incorporating aquaculture, coastal dynamics, fisheries, marine biology, conservation efforts, geological processes, and oceanography to investigate aquatic environments.
