In today's interconnected society, effective communication plays a vital role more than ever before. The manner in which leaders, politicians, business innovators, and advocates convey messages significantly impacts organizational dynamics, social movements, and worldwide transformations. The Bachelor of Communication program equips students with in-depth knowledge about communication's crucial function in modern society. Throughout this degree, you'll hone expertise in various areas including written expression, public presentation, analytical reasoning, creative problem-solving, leadership development, investigative methods, and cross-cultural awareness. These competencies prepare graduates to excel as communication specialists and emerging leaders. Please note: The Bachelor of Communication (including combined degrees) cannot be pursued online from outside New Zealand. However, the Communication specialization within the Bachelor of Arts is accessible for distance learning internationally. Should you later wish to switch to the BC program, this transition can only occur when studying on-site in New Zealand. International applicants outside New Zealand may enroll in the Bachelor of Communication as an on-campus program once border restrictions allow for travel and in-person education in New Zealand.
