The BALLB conjoint program enables you to earn both a BA and LLB degree in a shorter timeframe and with fewer credit requirements than pursuing them individually. This combined degree cultivates crucial abilities for navigating and succeeding in our rapidly evolving, interconnected world. By studying Law, you'll acquire versatile skills that meet the rigorous demands of diverse career paths, both within and beyond the legal field. Your legal education can be enriched by selecting from various humanities, social sciences, cultural studies, and language courses. The BALLB program fosters essential competencies for multiple professions, providing legal knowledge, an understanding of its applications, and a strong sense of civic duty. Our alumni practice law across New Zealand and internationally while embracing emerging opportunities created by societal, technological, and business transformations.
Korean language classes will enhance your communication abilities and allow you to comprehend basic contemporary Korean texts. The program also offers studies in Korean society, literature, and cultural traditions. You may choose Korean as one of your two BA specializations (a dual major). Each major requires completion of at least 120 points (eight courses), including a minimum of 45 points (three courses) at the advanced Stage III level.
