A BABHSc combined degree lets you earn both a BA and BHSc faster than pursuing them individually. This program integrates biological, social, and community behavioral perspectives. It examines health determinants, wellness initiatives, illness prevention, healthcare frameworks, and health regulations. Discover how to implement fundamental health promotion and disease prevention strategies for community health challenges – while selecting from diverse humanities, social science, cultural, and language courses. The BABHSc offers comprehensive non-clinical training that equips graduates for various health sector roles. Potential career paths include wellness advocacy, health instruction, public health initiatives, guidance services, and healthcare system design. Please note the University of Auckland doesn't oversee graduate employment and cannot ensure professional certification or job opportunities in New Zealand or internationally.
