A BABHSc combined degree lets you earn both a BA and BHSc faster than pursuing them individually. This program integrates biological, social, and community-focused perspectives, examining health determinants, promotion strategies, disease prevention, healthcare systems, and policy. Discover how to implement health promotion and prevention fundamentals to address community health issues while selecting from diverse humanities, social sciences, languages, and cultural studies. The BABHSc offers comprehensive non-clinical training for various health sector careers, including health education, community health initiatives, counseling services, and healthcare system planning. Please note: The University of Auckland doesn't oversee graduate employment and cannot ensure professional registration or job opportunities in New Zealand or internationally.

Completion requires 120 points (eight courses) per major, with a minimum of 45 points (three courses) at advanced Stage III level.
