By pursuing a BABHSc conjoint degree, you can earn both a BA and BHSc simultaneously in a shorter timeframe than completing them individually. This combined program explores the biological, social, and behavioral dimensions of communities, emphasizing health determinants, promotion strategies, disease prevention, healthcare systems, and policy development. Gain expertise in applying fundamental health promotion and prevention concepts to community health challenges while selecting from diverse humanities, social sciences, culture, and language courses. The BABHSc offers comprehensive non-clinical training for various health sector careers, including health education, community health initiatives, counseling services, and healthcare system planning. Please note: The University of Auckland does not participate in graduate recruitment and cannot ensure professional registration or employment opportunities in New Zealand or internationally.
