Through a BABCom conjoint degree, you'll blend fundamental business studies with diverse humanities, social sciences, cultural studies, and language options. This program equips you with vital competencies to navigate and succeed in our rapidly evolving global economy. Your acquired expertise will open doors to various professional paths and work environments. Typically spanning four years, the BABCom allows you to select one or two majors for the BA portion, with four to five BA courses annually. Additionally, you may opt for up to two modules. The BCom component begins with seven mandatory Stage I courses before specializing in your chosen major(s). Pursuing a BABCom conjoint cultivates valuable career-ready skills such as sophisticated communication, innovative problem-solving, research proficiency, analytical reasoning, adaptability, and multicultural awareness. You'll gain a competitive edge to capitalize on emerging opportunities across evolving societal, technological, and commercial landscapes.
The Management specialization examines organizational frameworks and workplace dynamics, investigating individual and team performance along with universal corporate challenges like transformation, governance, authority, and workplace tensions. You can pursue Management as either a standalone major or combine it with another BCom specialization (such as Marketing or International Business) for a double major approach.
