The BABCom conjoint program allows you to blend fundamental business studies with diverse humanities, social sciences, and language disciplines. This program equips you with vital competencies to navigate and succeed in our rapidly evolving global economy. Your acquired expertise will prove valuable across numerous professional fields and work environments. Typically spanning four years, the BABCom lets you select up to two majors for the BA portion, with four or five BA courses annually. Additionally, you may opt for up to two modules. The BCom segment includes seven mandatory Stage I courses before specializing in your chosen major(s). This dual-degree program cultivates essential career skills like sophisticated communication, analytical and innovative reasoning, research proficiency, problem-solving abilities, flexibility, and multicultural awareness. You'll gain excellent preparation to capitalize on emerging opportunities in evolving social, technological, and commercial landscapes.

Within the Bachelor of Arts specializing in Employment Relations and Organisation Studies, you'll explore subjects including: Workplace behavior, Labor relations, Workplace diversity, Personnel management, Corporate ethics, and Business-social dynamics. You can pursue Employment Relations and Organisation Studies as one of your two BA concentrations (a double major). Each major requires completing at least 120 points (eight courses), with a minimum of 45 points (three courses) at Stage III level.
