Lincoln University's Bachelor of Viticulture and Oenology with Honours is a specialized one-year program designed for students who have finished a related bachelor's degree, typically the Bachelor of Viticulture and Oenology.
This course focuses on combining vineyard management and winemaking techniques, highlighting their combined effect on creating premium wines. Students benefit from cutting-edge research conducted in Lincoln's facilities as well as international studies. The Canterbury and Marlborough wine industries in New Zealand have been significantly shaped by Lincoln University's research, particularly our pioneering work that enabled cool-climate viticulture and winemaking in South Island areas.
An approved undergraduate degree with a minimum of B+ or higher in 300-level courses.
