The Exercise Science and Nutrition program equips students with knowledge to guide individuals toward better health decisions. This major explores methods for managing lifestyles and promoting wellness to avoid diseases linked to modern living. As industrialized nations grapple with contemporary lifestyle challenges, exercise science and nutrition are gaining greater significance. Growing attention is being paid to daily habits, movement, fitness, dietary patterns, and other community health influencers. This academic focus benefits from the AUT Human Potential Centre's research expertise in physical activity and nutrition at AUT Millennium. Graduates of this program enjoy excellent prospects for advanced study and research careers.
International Baccalaureate (IB) with successful completion of a minimum of 24 points. General Certificate of Education (GCE) with three A-levels including at least one C grade or better. A result in General Studies cannot be included among the 3 on which the application is based. A minimum of CCC scores (7 points) across the NCUK International Foundation Year (IFY) Acceptance of the NCUK English for Academic Purposes qualification as an alternative to meeting the English-language requirements, with a minimum of a C grade overall and no less than D grade in each component.
