This program empowers students to develop innovative confidence and apply their knowledge, both individually and collaboratively, while maintaining a patient-focused mindset in their problem-solving and decision-making processes within healthcare systems. The curriculum facilitates this through: interactive online materials, hands-on activities, digital resource utilization, evaluation of cutting-edge methods and technologies, analysis of current case studies and research, proposal development, and feedback discussions before implementing solutions. By completing a major project (group or individual), participants will synthesize their learning to create and implement digital transformation solutions that positively influence their healthcare organization or sector.

Qualification Requirements
We invite applications from healthcare professionals/administrators /managers/officers, IT specialists with experience of working in a healthcare sector/industry, and health scientists. Each applicant should possess a minimum of 2nd class honours, grade 2 in their primary degree (Level 8, National Qualifications Authority of Ireland) or equivalent.

Applicants with at least five years’ work experience in a healthcare sector/industry who can satisfy the course admission team they have the ability to complete and benefit from this course. Such applicants shall be required to undertake an interview.
Matriculation examinations from European countries where English is presented as a subject and an acceptable level is achieved. Irish Leaving Certificate English –Ordinary Level Grade D or above. TOEFL – 580 (paper based) or 90 (internet based). IELTS – Minimum score of 6.5 with no less than 6 in any one component. English Test for English and Academic Purposes (ETAPP) – Grade C1. GCE ‘O’ level English Language/GCSE English Language – Grade C or above. University of Cambridge ESOL –Certificate of Proficiency in English - Grade C / Certificate in Advanced English - Grade B.
