Researchers in Infection Biology at UCD explore how disease-causing microbes and viruses operate, how hosts react to infections, immune-related disorders including inflammation and immune dysfunction, along with creating new treatments and drug delivery methods. To be eligible to enter a research masters degree or PhD programme an applicant must have obtained a minimum of an upper second-class degree or equivalent in a relevant bachelor degree.
