Tailored for both experienced and emerging coaches, this program equips participants with the skills needed to guide senior organizational leaders, establish effective coaching contracts, handle assessment and evaluation processes, and navigate the psychological aspects of coaching. Through hands-on practice and constructive feedback from instructors, peers, and supervisors, attendees will refine their coaching techniques and gain insights into fostering coaching cultures within organizations.

Qualification Requirements

A completed application form digital photograph and copy of transcripts for all universitylevel degrees if applicable and excluding those taken at UCD will be required A telephone interview with the Programme Director will form part of the application process The interview helps determine whether the programme is the most appropriate educational solution for the applicant

Participants should have at least 5 years management experience and hold a primary degree or equivalent professional qualification Consideration will be given to applicants who do not hold a primary degree but their depth of industry and organisational experience qualifies them as suitable participants As the programme is handson participants will be expected to have experience of or exposure to the field of staff development and performance enhancement

Taught Masters - A minimum overall score of 7.0 over all components and a minimum of 6.0 in each band on the Academic Version. The non-academic version is not accepted.
Taught Masters - A minimum score of 100 is required in the Internet based TOEFL iBT with a score of at least 20 in each section.
UCD has approved the use of the Duolingo Test of English DET for the 2023-24 intake.
An overall score of 130 will be accepted with no section below 110.
