This UCC LLM program covers an extensive range of legal subjects, including environmental law fundamentals, policy regulation, governance frameworks, land-use planning, heritage conservation, international environmental agreements, marine protection laws, natural resource legislation, and human rights law. The curriculum equips graduates for diverse career paths in environmental regulation, including legal practice, government agencies, environmental organizations, corporate sustainability positions, academic research, and environmental consulting services.

Students benefit from flexible module selections in Environmental and Natural Resources Law, enabling them to explore various specialized areas.
