In today's globally connected and diverse society, mastering foreign languages and cross-cultural understanding opens doors to numerous career opportunities while providing a significant edge in the job market. Ireland's workforce particularly lacks language proficiency, making multilingual graduates valuable across multiple industries.
Consider pursuing language studies at Trinity's School of Languages, Literatures and Cultural Studies - Ireland's premier language institution and a globally recognized top-100 language school.
The Modern Languages program offers immersive study of two European languages, providing Trinity's most comprehensive language and cultural education. Options include French, German, Irish, Italian, Russian, and Spanish, with most available for both beginners and advanced learners (except French and Irish, which require prior knowledge).
Applicants must have completed a high school qualification equivalent to the Irish Leaving Certificate. General matriculation requirements include pass grades in English, mathematics and a language other than English. Additional requirements may apply for some courses.
