This dynamic full-time and part-time program offers non-property graduates the chance to prepare for diverse careers in real estate and related fields across Ireland and internationally.
The drive for competitiveness and efficiency across private and public sectors has heightened recognition of real estate's importance as both an economic asset and business resource. Combined with greater focus on urban economic policies and large-scale infrastructure projects, this has significantly increased demand for professionals with real estate qualifications and expertise in property valuation methods.
Delivered through the School of Real Estate and Construction Economics within the Faculty of the Built Environment, the program accepts approximately 15 students annually from various academic disciplines and professional backgrounds.
In order to be admitted to the course, students should have an honours (2.2 grade or higher) bachelor degree or equivalent. Selection will be made, following interview, using the following criteria.
The following English language proficiency tests and scores are acceptable:
