This three-year program is designed to equip students with accounting and finance knowledge and skills suitable for mid-level roles in accounting. Graduates earning the Bachelor Degree will be well-prepared to enter the workforce with this valuable qualification.
If needed, you can pause your studies (leaving with a Level 6 Higher Certificate in Accounting and Finance) or switch to part-time evening classes.
The School of Accounting, Economics & Finance maintains strong industry connections and actively assists students in career preparation. During semester 6 of year 3, students take the 'Professional Communication and Work Preparation' module to refine their CVs, optimize LinkedIn profiles, and improve interview techniques.

Qualification Requirements
Advanced Entry Year 2 - Applicants who wish to apply for advanced entry to Year 2 must provide evidence that they have met the learning outcomes for Year 1 through previous study at level 6, 7, 8 or equivalent. In certain cases, those who hold a QQI FET/FETAC level 6 qualification, or who have other relevant educational and/or work experience equivalent to Year 1 of an undergraduate course, maybe considered for advanced entry.
Advanced Entry Year 3 - Applicants who wish to apply for advanced entry to Year 3 must provide evidence that they have met the learning outcomes for Years 1 and 2 through previous study at level 6, 7, 8 or equivalent.
International Baccalaureate - Overall IB Score of 24 and Award of Diploma
IELTS - 6.0 with no less than 6 in each component
TOEFL Internet Based Test - 80 with no less than 21 in writing and at least 18 in every other section
