The program offers a Level 9 Master of Science in Applied Artificial Intelligence, with an option to exit with a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied AI. This curriculum was carefully crafted to address the growing demand for AI expertise across global markets.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) stands as one of computing's most dynamic fields today. Advances in hardware capabilities and the availability of open-source AI tools have propelled its rapid expansion within the tech sector. AI applications now power innovative solutions ranging from autonomous vehicles and smart logistics systems to interactive gaming and virtual assistants.
A second-class honours, Level 8, primary degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with a programming/numerate content. In such cases the programme team must be satisfied that the programming/numerate content is sufficient for entry to the programme and that applicants have an aggregate grade of a second-class honours in appropriate modules.
Applicants who do not meet the above standard entry requirements will also be considered if they have an undergraduate degree (at Level 7 or higher) and a minimum of 5 years verifiable relevant industrial experience.
Applicants who do not have a primary degree will only be considered with a minimum of 10 years verifiable relevant industrial experience.
