Pursuing science at SETU Waterford expands your knowledge of the natural world while equipping you with critical thinking and analytical skills. The BSc in Science serves as a flexible starting point for students passionate about science but undecided on their specialization. This program exposes learners to multiple scientific fields, maintaining career flexibility when entering higher education.
Course modules cover foundational topics in biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, and computing. Students can also explore specialized electives like Food Science with Business, Pharmaceutical Science, or Molecular Biology with Biopharmaceutical Science. This structure allows learners to sample different disciplines before committing to a specific degree pathway.
You should be at least 17 years of age in January of the year of entry.
You must have a Secondary/High School Diploma, with good grades in English and Mathematics and at least 4 other subjects, on average + 60%.
