Visual Communication, commonly known as graphic design, involves creating symbols, typography, and imagery for commercial purposes. Designers in this field produce creative 2D outputs across various print and digital mediums. The discipline has expanded with digital advancements to encompass visual media, information design, and screen-based solutions. This four-year program equips students for careers in advertising and design, blending academic knowledge with creative skills essential for the evolving graphic design industry. The curriculum combines innovative studio work with design history, marketing, legal studies, and visual culture. Practical components cover print and digital graphic design/typography, illustration, printmaking, digital media, and photography.
You should be at least 17 years of age in January of the year of entry.
You must have a Secondary/High School Diploma, with good grades in English and Mathematics and at least 4 other subjects, on average + 60%.
