The Construction Common Entry Level 7 program is designed for students exploring careers in both construction management and quantity surveying who haven't yet chosen their specialization. This introductory program allows participants to experience both fields directly. By engaging with diverse course modules and faculty members, students can determine which career path aligns best with their interests and skills.
Additionally, after successfully finishing the second year, participants will receive a Higher Certificate in Science in Construction as an extra qualification.

271 Points in 2023 and meet minimum entry requirements
Leaving Certificate in five subjects i.e. O6/H7 in five subjects. The five subjects must include Mathematics and either English or Irish grade O6/H7.

TOEFL Level 1 At least 80 with minimum scores (Listening 17, Reading 18, Speaking 20, Writing 17)
