This program addresses the identified skills gap for positions in companies operating across global markets. It covers key areas including business growth, project coordination, logistics management, and more. Participants will gain comprehensive knowledge of international business challenges while studying a language of their preference. Foundational elements include cultural studies, leadership, deal-making, commerce, legal frameworks, and additional relevant subjects.
During the third year, students complete a compulsory overseas semester in a region where their chosen language is predominantly spoken. The curriculum is structured to maximize career prospects post-graduation. The international semester enhances linguistic abilities and deepens cross-cultural awareness. While abroad, students may opt for internships (recognized by MTU) or academic studies. Those choosing internships assume personal responsibility but receive resume, interview, and career support from MTU.
Recent updates to the program provide greater specialization options through expanded module selections and improved elective offerings.
