Globally accredited postgraduate program focused on International Human Rights Law. This one-year full-time Postgraduate Diploma in Arts in International Human Rights Law features evening classes to accommodate working professionals. The program enables students to develop expertise in International Human Rights Law, opening doors to career advancement or preparing for doctoral research. Participants will master fundamental concepts including International Humanitarian Law, Children's Rights Law, and Asylum/Immigration Law. Graduates develop versatile skills valued across multiple industries beyond legal practice, including government service and non-governmental organizations.
Students must hold a 2.2 degree in law or a degree with a significant law component or foreign equivalent or relevant work experience, including having held a position of responsibility relevant to the LL.M. We welcome applications from those who do not have the entry requirements outlined here. Candidates with relevant prior experiential learning may also apply and be considered for admission, subject to interview and submission of satisfactory evidential documentation.
