Participants in this program will learn how to effectively lead teams and foster a productive workplace, emphasizing the connection between staff dynamics, organizational behavior, and customer relationship management (CRM) approaches. They will also gain skills in crafting tailored CRM strategies for diverse customer groups, with an emphasis on understanding consumer behavior to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. This Master's Degree is offered by ICHAS (Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences), which oversees all aspects of its delivery and academic standards.
The Master of Arts in Work-Related Behaviour with Customer Relationship Management is designed for graduates of a relevant Level 8 programme at a minimum of a 2.2 standard who wish to engage in further study in this field. Applicants who wish to study for the MA in Work-Related Behaviour with Entrepreneurship may include Psychology graduates or may equally include graduates of other relevant disciplines such as business or humanities, health, or social science graduates.
