Throughout every semester, you'll undertake clinical placements designed to fulfill the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) criteria. Our healthcare partners provide varied clinical environments, exposing you to comprehensive learning experiences across key mental health disciplines. Placement locations include: St Vincent's Hospital in Fairview, The National Forensic Mental Health Service, Dublin North City Mental Health Services, and North Dublin Mental Health Services
After finishing this program, you'll qualify for NMBI registration as a psychiatric nurse, unlocking numerous career possibilities in both hospital and community healthcare. Mental health nursing qualifications are globally in demand, allowing graduates to pursue international opportunities. GCE A LEVELS
General Certificate in Education qualifications must meet one of the following requirements, in addition to any specific programme requirements.
International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma or have an equivalent qualification.
