In today's dynamic digital economy and era of globalization, innovation and entrepreneurship have become critical forces driving economic growth and social progress. Drawing upon our strengths in international education, this program systematically develops interdisciplinary management professionals equipped with innovative thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, and practical skills. By integrating cross-disciplinary knowledge with international educational resources, the program offers a distinctive curriculum that balances theory and practical application, thoroughly enhancing students’ entrepreneurial management competencies.

The structured curriculum is designed to provide students with comprehensive entrepreneurial knowledge and practical expertise. At the introductory level, students establish a solid theoretical foundation through general education courses such as Computer Applications and Principles of Macroeconomics, while also gaining initial exposure to entrepreneurial concepts and processes through courses like Introduction to Innovation and Entrepreneurship. As students advance, foundational business courses such as Principles of Accounting, Business Law, and Microeconomics enable them to grasp essential principles of business operations. Concurrently, specialized courses such as Entrepreneurial Opportunity Identification and Evaluation and Entrepreneurial Team Development guide students to critically engage with key entrepreneurial processes, enhancing their business acumen and resource-integration skills.

In the advanced stages of the program, students deepen their entrepreneurial management abilities through core courses, complemented by practical entrepreneurial projects designed to bridge theory and practice. The comprehensive experiential phase encompasses courses such as Business Strategy, project roadshows, and fundraising, guiding students through the entire entrepreneurial lifecycle. Under the mentorship of professional advisors, students develop detailed business plans and transform ideas into practical achievements through entrepreneurial competitions and presentation platforms.

This program particularly emphasizes developing students’ global perspectives. By incorporating advanced international concepts and educational resources in entrepreneurship, the program ensures students stay abreast of global trends in entrepreneurial development and significantly enhances their cross-cultural business communication skills, preparing them effectively for careers on the global stage.

Qualified students who successfully complete the program requirements will be awarded degrees from both Wenzhou-Kean University (China) and Kean University (USA).

Eligible students may elect to study at Kean University in New Jersey starting from their second semester or any subsequent semester, during which they will be eligible for in-state tuition rates at Kean University.
