The Diploma in Advanced Accounting (DAAc) offers a concurrent study path for Master of Accounting (MAcc) candidates choosing to complete their studies after Term 2 of the MAcc program. This diploma enhances students' accounting expertise across all professional domains while sharpening their analytical skills. The curriculum focuses on cultivating critical thinking and decision-making capabilities in complex, uncertain scenarios through practical case studies. These case-based learning experiences also foster students' ability to consider diverse viewpoints.
Recognized by CPA Ontario, Schulich's DAAc program fulfills the CPA Electives requirement, enabling graduates to progress directly to the final stage of CPA's certification process.

Qualification Requirements
A four year undergraduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with a minimum B average in the last two full years (or equivalent) of academic work;
OR a three-year degree from an Indian institution with a National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) rating of at least an A, and who have achieved a first-class rating (60% and above) overall in their bachelor’s degree;
IELTS Academic Test Minimum 7.0 overall with no less than 6.5 on each section
TOEFL Minimum 100 on the iBT with no less than 23 on each
