Laurier's Bachelor of Arts in Languages program is unique in Canada, offering in-depth study of both French and Spanish. Students complement their French and Spanish expertise by gaining foundational skills in a third language option (Arabic, German, or Italian). The curriculum also includes mandatory linguistics or cultural studies courses (focusing on European and Mediterranean perspectives) to provide a comprehensive education.
Students with previous language background who wish to enroll in advanced French and Spanish courses should consult the Languages and Literatures department for guidance.
Students must have the following:
International Baccalaureate Requirements
