Our Middle East Studies programs equip students with specialized knowledge of the region while cultivating analytical abilities relevant to modern politics and commercial prospects. The Middle East presents significant potential for economic expansion, investment opportunities, market development, and skills enhancement. Through this comprehensive program, students acquire foundational Middle East expertise that prepares them for careers in diverse fields including international relations, policy development, academic research, government agencies, global organizations, NGOs, and worldwide business ventures. This focused curriculum allows students to concentrate specifically on Middle Eastern studies through interdisciplinary coursework spanning History, Sociology, Economics, Anthropology, Political Science, Religious Studies, and Modern Languages. Students may pursue either a Major in Middle East Studies (7 courses) or a Minor in History with Middle East specialization (4 courses). Alternatively, they can focus exclusively on one discipline: Religious Studies, Modern Languages, History, Social Studies, or Middle Eastern Politics.

Admission requires first-year completion with at least 60% in 3.0 principal courses. First-year students are encouraged to enroll in introductory History and language courses (Arabic, Persian, or Hebrew).
