The Psychology Honours (BSc) Program explores the scientific examination of mental processes and actions. This curriculum aims to foster a comprehensive, interdisciplinary understanding of human conduct, examining everything from microscopic biological components to larger societal and environmental influences, while simultaneously enhancing key cognitive abilities like analytical reasoning, mathematical proficiency, communication skills, and learning capacity. Graduates are thoroughly equipped for advanced psychology studies, healthcare professional programs (including medicine, dentistry, and rehabilitation sciences), and diverse career paths that value behavioral insights (such as social services, financial sectors, legal professions, corporate environments, academic fields, and administrative roles).
Participants will join a weekly "Honours seminar" during autumn term. In the spring session, the cohort usually convenes for initial meetings before dispersing to prepare their final presentations.
