Focuses on emerging concepts and innovative manufacturing approaches including distributed, multitask, and adaptable production systems alongside cutting-edge computational techniques and algorithms.
Leverages Mathematical Programming and Advanced Optimization Methods.
Demonstrates proven expertise through customized Decision Support Systems (DSS) for production scheduling, employing Discrete Event Simulation (DES) and lean principles in healthcare, and utilizing sophisticated hybrid design approaches for innovative solutions in construction and agricultural sectors.

Qualification Requirements

Graduates of recognized universities may apply for admission. In general, admission to graduate study is granted only to those students who have good academic records and who are adequately prepared to undertake graduate work in their field of specialization. In particular, an applicant for admission to a graduate program leading to the degree of Doctor of Philosophy must have either a Master's degree or, in exceptional cases, a four-year Bachelor's degree, or the equivalent; with a minimum average of 77% (or equivalent).
