The four-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing program prepares students for professional nursing careers. This degree is available through partnerships with St. Clair College (Windsor and Chatham locations) and Lambton College (Sarnia), though Lambton's participation will conclude in 2026.

Admitted students at the University of Windsor complete all four years of study on campus.

Those admitted through St. Clair College spend their first two years at the college, then transition to the University of Windsor for third year and the fall term of fourth year. For their final semester, students may opt to stay at the university or return to their original college.

Course Requirements: Grade 12 Biology, Grade 12 Chemistry and one grade 12 level math
Minimum Average: 70% (70% average of the top six grade 12 courses, 65% in Grade 12 English is required, 70% is required in Grade 12 Chemistry and Grade 12 Biology)
Mean Average: 85%

English Language Proficiency Requirement

  • A minimum score of 6.5 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS); or
  • A minimum score of 60 on the Carleton University‚Äôs Canadian Academic English Language Assessment (CAEL); or
  • A minimum score of 60 on the Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE); or
  • A minimum overall score of 176 on the Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) or the Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE); or
  • Successful completion of the University of Windsor's English Language Improvement Program (ELIP)* (level III) with a minimum final grade of 75%; or
  • A minimum score of 85 on the English Proficiency Test administered by the English Language Institute of the University of Michigan (MELAB); or
  • A minimum score of 83 with an writing score of 20 on the Internet-based Test (IBT) of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). Prospective students completing the Paper-Delivered Test (PDT) of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) will have their results assessed on an individual basis; or
  • A minimum score of 120 on the current Duolingo English Test (DET)
