Windsor's Political Science Department delivers programs that equip students with a solid foundation in modern political science and international relations concepts, methodologies, and subject matter. The curriculum maintains adaptability, allowing students to tailor their studies to personal academic interests. Both Political Science and International Relations degree tracks guarantee comprehensive coverage of key areas including political philosophy, Canadian governance, comparative government systems, legal-political studies, and global affairs.
Alongside standard Political Science honors and general degrees, we offer two specialized honors programs focusing on legal studies and French. The Law and Politics track specifically prepares students for legal education and systems analysis. This prestigious program draws top students from Ontario, nationwide, and internationally, standing among Canada's rare undergraduate degrees that blend legal education with essential skills for future law school success.
