English provides a dynamic and welcoming environment for diverse undergraduate and graduate programs. Learners can select from bachelor's programs that establish fundamental knowledge of English literary traditions (spanning from Medieval and Renaissance eras through Enlightenment, Romantic, Victorian, Modern, Postmodern, and contemporary times), alongside studies in writing and rhetoric. The University of Windsor's creative writing programs blend analytical and literary studies. Our workshops feature small, collaborative seminar settings where students explore each other's work under the guidance of accomplished faculty writers. Complemented by practical courses in writing, editing, and publishing, our integrated programs open doors to multiple professional opportunities.
