The Bachelor of Knowledge Integration (BKI) is an adaptable and rigorous interdisciplinary program designed for innovative students with diverse talents. This program allows students to pursue interests across both arts and sciences, developing essential skills to tackle intricate challenges, communicate clearly, and thrive in an evolving global landscape. If traditional academic paths don't align with your interests, Knowledge Integration (KI) offers a unique alternative. More than blending arts and sciences, KI focuses on cultivating core competencies for addressing multifaceted issues, articulating ideas persuasively, and creating impact in a dynamic world. Every KI degree is distinct—tailor your studies to your passions, exploring subjects ranging from technology and health sciences to environmental policy and beyond. High-achieving students seeking the flexibility to combine varied interests will find this program ideal. Your degree opens diverse pathways: alumni have pursued careers in design, business analysis, speech therapy, and advanced studies in medicine, law, and graduate programs.

The Collaborative Design Specialization (CDS) enables students to deepen their expertise in design methodologies and practical problem-solving. Designed for KI students, this 4.25-unit specialization expands on core coursework through two focus areas: Collaborative Design Thinking and Skills, and hands-on Collaborative Design Experience.
