The Literature and Rhetoric program combines the complementary strengths of UWaterloo's English Department. Through literary studies, you'll gain foundational knowledge in British, Canadian, American, and Postcolonial literary traditions and theories. The Rhetoric and Professional Writing component covers rhetorical history and theory, professional communication, information design, and digital media. The honors RMPC degree offers multiple pathways tailored to your aspirations:Choose between regular or co-op study formats.Opt for a standalone honors degree, joint honors, or combine it with an Honours Arts and Business degree.Enhance your degree with specializations in creative writing, digital media studies, global literatures, or technical writing.
