Students can explore musical repertoire, refine technical skills, and cultivate leadership abilities across diverse ensemble types, with specialized tracks available in choral, wind, orchestral, opera, and contemporary music. Undergraduate studies cover essential conducting principles, while graduate programs (MMus and DMA) provide professional development within the Faculty of Music and broader community through our conducting faculty's initiatives. Qualification Requirements

Applicants to the MMus program must hold a Bachelor of Music degree in the area of specialization from the University of Toronto with an average standing of mid-B or better over the final two years or an equivalent program (Bachelor of Music or Bachelor of Arts in Music) and standing from another recognized university.

IELTS - Minimum required score 7.0 (Academic) with at least 6.5 for each component.
TOEFL IBT - Overall Score - 93, Writing and Speaking- 22, TOEFL Paper-based Test - Overall Score 580, TWE 5
