Our ECE graduate students stand out for their creativity and analytical skills, with students contributing to about 90% of our department's annual invention disclosures. Numerous students earn prestigious awards from organizations like NSERC, CIHR, and other funding bodies. In the previous year, research-focused students secured over $12.5 million in funding, while our favorable 8:1 graduate student-to-faculty ratio fosters strong mentorship opportunities. Graduates leave well-prepared for diverse careers spanning engineering, business, healthcare, law, and beyond.
