Culture, Environment and Health ("CE&H"): This concentration explores community and cultural dimensions of health, highlighting large-scale systems and influences affecting human wellbeing. Students in this stream will gain a comprehensive perspective on how cultural and communal factors shape health practices, while analyzing both beneficial and detrimental interactions between populations and their surroundings.

The curriculum investigates health and wellness, including mental health, through multiple lenses - assessing how biological, cultural, social, and environmental frameworks impact individual health outcomes.
You'll explore health determinants across biological, psychological, cultural and environmental domains, examining how genetic factors, personal traits, beliefs and competencies affect positive social-emotional growth across all life stages. The program investigates cultural and community influences on healing practices while evaluating healthy versus unhealthy environmental interactions among groups.
