The Software Systems Engineering program focuses on equipping students with skills to research, evaluate, conceptualize, and build diverse software solutions, encompassing web applications, transactional platforms, interactive media systems, and business information systems, while mastering software development methodologies. Additionally, the curriculum prepares learners to implement theoretical computing concepts in practical programming scenarios; assess system needs; develop, deploy, and validate software solutions; oversee software initiatives; troubleshoot technical challenges; and engage in collaborative design and embedded systems development.
Applicants must have a graduating average of at least 70 per cent from a four-year baccalaureate degree (or equivalent).
