Health studies integrates knowledge from both social and natural sciences. It explores comprehensive well-being, encompassing mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, and biological aspects of individuals, families, and communities. The University of Regina's health studies curriculum emphasizes health determinants while providing a wide-ranging perspective on wellness and health-promoting behaviors. Through our collaboration with the First Nations University of Canada, students gain insights into Indigenous health perspectives.
