The Liberal Arts Certificate and Diploma are independent University of Regina credentials achievable through 10 or 20 courses. Complete the certificate to enhance your resume, demonstrating your diverse knowledge, creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong writing skills. The certificate courses count toward half the Liberal Arts Diploma requirements. Both credentials can be applied toward numerous degree programs. Small achievements pave the way to major accomplishments.
Liberal arts encompass diverse disciplines including languages, history, writing, social sciences, arts, mathematics, and more, developing fundamental career skills and broad knowledge that prepares you for various professions or advanced education.
This program builds extensive knowledge while fostering adaptability and confidence to acquire new skills for evolving workplaces. A liberal arts education effectively cultivates and highlights transferable competencies. Develop research, writing, teamwork, creativity, critical thinking, and communication skills through this comprehensive approach.
Students must have completed High School (Secondary School) or partial post-secondary.

IELTS – Academic: Overall Band score of 6.5, with no band less than 6.0
Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic: Overall score of 59, No area with less than 59
MELAB (Michigan English Language Assessment Battery): 85
