Before the fall semester starts, new students can participate in orientation workshops covering subjects like accounting, teamwork, communication, and research methods. These sessions also introduce evidence-based management principles and campus resources. The initial year concentrates on strengthening management capabilities and exploring core business functions, with four courses each in fall and winter terms. The second year shifts toward strategic thinking and its real-world implementation in a rapidly changing global marketplace, featuring four fall courses. The program culminates with BUS-8010.
