The Faculty of Education delivers a program featuring personalized supervision, guidance, and support for every participant. It fosters an inclusive atmosphere where all individuals are motivated to engage actively in the curriculum, embrace challenges, and feel appreciated and welcomed. The strong mentor-student bond is frequently highlighted as the cornerstone of UPEI's education program. Furthermore, education students are urged to analyze educational objectives and methodologies through both critical and innovative lenses, considering perspectives from local to worldwide contexts.

This curriculum allows learners to specialize in either elementary (K-6) or intermediate/secondary (7-12) education levels. The distinctive program provides diverse coursework, French linguistic and cultural immersion, and extensive practical training (18 weeks), equipping future educators with the competencies required for contemporary French as a second language instruction.
